The Next Step

The best way to understand the benefits of coaching is to experience it for yourself. Until you've had the experience of coaching, it will remain a concept in your mind.

I'm offering my introductory life coaching session at no cost to you. In this powerful introductory coaching session you will leave with:

Written positive outcomes for your love life and other areas of your life that you would like to improve.
A new awareness of what is causing many of the challenges in your life right now (they may not be what you think).
A renewed sense of energy, optimism and perspective.
A "next step" action plan for creating a life that excites you.

To get the most out of your introductory coaching session with me, please spend a few minutes before the session thinking about the most important challenges you are facing. We will spend the first few minutes on introductions and then we will jump into the coaching session.

After the introductory session is complete, our next session will be the intake session. In this session we will review your welcome packet which asks you to answer many pages of introspective questions, visualize in great detail your ideal life, prioritize your goals and create an action plan to help you achieve each and every goal you list.

The intake session will last about an hour and a half, but I ask that you set aside 2 hours. If you live or work in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan region we can do the intake session in person. If not, no worries! We can have all of our sessions over the phone and/or Skype.

Future sessions last about 45-60 minutes and can be held at my office, at a convenient location, over the phone, or virtually using Skype. In order to buy sessions, please click the "Purchase Sessions" link below.
