WHY WOULD I BE GOOD ON TV?  This past March I was a guest on "Strategy Room" on Fox News and in the fall of 2007, I had my own TV show called, “The Life Coach Tracey Show," on Manhattan News Network.  I have also appeared twice as a guest on, "Life Coach TV," which is a talk-show run by the ICF-NYC (The International Coaching Federation of NYC).  Both shows are accessible on my Media page.

I am very proud to report that after the first show the host, Laurie Lawson, called me a "natural!" After the most recent show, she said, "that was the "funest" show so far!"

I have also appeared several times as a guest on Tribeca Radio,  and I have hosted several teleclasses, all of which are accessible on my Media page.  In addition, I have achieved The Competent Communicator Award from Toastmasters.  I am comfortable and experienced speaking publicly and I thoroughly enjoy being on TV.  I would love to have the honor of doing it again!

HOW DID MY PAST EXPERIENCES INSPIRE ME TO BECOME A LIFE COACH?  At the age of 24, I became a civil litigation attorney in Manhattan because I wanted to help people achieve their goals in the legal world.  A few years later, I opened my own law firm and I did very well.  I made a nice salary and I had plenty of time to go on dates and enjoy NYC.  But, as great as it was, all along I knew there was a career out there that would be more consistent with my deep desire to help women get everything they want in life.

Shortly after I turned 30, my father became very ill and I started spending a lot of time with my parents.  They are a fantastic team and they have been married for over 40 years.  Spending time with them reminded me how incredible it is to go through life with someone who deeply loves you and knows you and vice-versa.  I was very affected by this time in my life and I realized that I needed to make big changes in both my personal life and my career.

I then began a search to find a career where I could take my favorite part of being an attorney, guiding people towards success, and my most passionate desire, helping women become happily married like my parents, and make a living from it.

From the moment I learned about coaching, I was hooked and I recognized that it was my calling. Was I scared to walk away from a successful business to start a new career that not many people were familiar with? Absolutely.  But, I knew it was right and I knew with every cell in my body that I could make it work.

In 2006, I completed my life coach training at Coach Training Alliance.  In early 2008, I completed the Sage and Scholar's Guide for both Career Coaching and Coaching Singles.  I have always read books on the fastest, and easiest, ways to achieve goals and to finally have a career that is consistent with who I am on a deep level is more rewarding than I ever dreamed of.  I love what I do, I am good at it, and I know it's my purpose in life.

WHAT DO I BRING THAT OTHERS DON'T?  In essence, I have been able to turn my own vision into my reality.  I was a young, single professional NYC girl who survived challenges and then thrived in both the singles world and the career world.  I was able to walk away from an attractive career as an attorney and walk towards a deeply fulfilling career as a life coach.  I also was able to walk away from my carefree lifestyle as a single woman and walk towards an incredible marriage with a man I love dearly.

I live a very healthy and balanced lifestyle and though I am busy I have a tremendous amount of fun and pleasure in my life.

WHAT ARE MY PASSIONS? There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone grow into the person they want to be. When I see others achieve their goals it shows me that we all can get what we want out of life and I find that extremely inspirational. I absolutely love helping my clients figure out exactly what they want their life to be and even more than that, I love helping my clients achieve more than they thought they ever could on their own.

I exercise 6 days a week, eat a healthy diet, take vitamins, and I am living the healthy life I envisioned for myself. I am happily married to a man who also loves seeing the world and in the past 2 years we have been to Europe 4 times. I am also an animal lover and I live with 2 cats and a Chihuahua.

I am a proud member of Toastmasters and I have achieved the Competent Communicator's Award. I am also the hostess for an organization called OCPA (Outside Counsel Professional Association), and every few months I organize get-togethers for my fellow Manhattan Per Diem Attorneys. I believe that I can learn something from everyone and I believe having new experiences and challenges are essential for personal growth.
